We hope you love what you buy at Millars. Your trust is important to us; if you are not happy with an item you have purchased, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify your concerns.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please read our policies below.
Returns and Exchange Policy for Items Bought In Store
If you would like to return an item you bought in-store, we will gladly offer an exchange or credit note. Please note the following:
- We must be contacted within 14 days of purchase and the goods returned to us without delay.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase must also be included.
Kindly note that refunds are not available for goods bought in-store as you have had the chance to view it in person, and in the case of clothing, try an item on.
If an item has been washed, we regretfully cannot accept it for return.
Returns and Exchange Policy for Items Bought Online
We will gladly accept online returns. If you would like to make a return, please note the following terms:
- We must be contacted within 14 days of delivery and the goods returned to us without delay.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
- We ask that you package the product securely and carefully, in a similar manner to how it was received.
If an item has been washed, we regretfully cannot accept it for return.
If an item was bought on sale or on promotion, the same discount will be applied to each product that you return. This means that you will only be refunded the amount that was originally paid for the item. Shipping costs and delivery charges are non-refundable.
A refund will be granted once these conditions are met.
Online orders can be returned in-store, or posted to the following address. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracking service for your return.

Sale Return Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for items bought on sale or on promotion in our store.
The only exception to this policy is if the item is deemed to be faulty. In this case, we reserve the right to consider the condition of the product you wish to return. If there are indications that the product has been used, broken or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
This is our store policy and does not affect your consumer rights.
Defective goods
If an item you have purchased is found to be defective, we will arrange a replacement or repair on your behalf. We must be contacted within 30 days of receipt.
If replacement or repair are unavailable, a refund will be granted.
Damaged goods
Sometimes we sell items that have been damaged at a reduced price. Goods that have been damaged in the store have the reduced price and fault(s) clearly marked and indicated. These items are non-returnable, as part of our sale return policy.
For all of the above policies, we reserve the right to consider the condition of the product you wish to return, and make any deductions if there are indications that the product has been used, broken or tampered with. We also reserve the right to refuse the return if it is not in saleable condition.
